The Liberal candidate for Algoma Manitoulin Kapuskasing says unlike the Conservatives, the Liberals are serious about the Ring of Fire. Heather Wilson says Liberal leader Justin Trudeau will commit federal money to the project.  She says the Liberals have committed $200-million to sector specific projects.  And Wilson says Trudeau is keeping channels open to Ontario’s Premier, which is the opposite of what the Prime Minister is doing.  Wilson says in the Kapuskasing and Hearst part of the riding she runs into people all the time talking about the chromite project.  Three other people are running in AMK.  They are Calvin John Orok of the Green Party, the Tories’ Andre Robichaud and incumbent Carol Hughes of the NDP.
