A 65-year-old from Assiginack Township is dead following a two-vehicle crash on Highway 6 on Manitoulin Island on October 31st.
Manitoulin OPP says shortly after 2:00 p.m., emergency crews responded to the crash, where the person was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Officials say two other individuals were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The highway was closed for approximately six hours.
The investigation is ongoing, and more information will be released as it becomes available.
