Have your say in the next Public Health Sudbury & Districts Strategic Plan

Starting today, residents and community partners throughout Public Health Sudbury & Districts’ service area are invited to complete a time-limited online survey to inform the agency’s next Strategic Plan, which includes the Sudbury and Manitoulin districts.

Board Chair René Lapierre says the survey will help in identifying priorities and approaches for how the agency delivers services, guiding the agency in fulfilling its mandate in the districts.

He says the Strategic Plan guides how Public Health works with municipalities and community partners to promote and protect health and prevent disease within their diverse communities, and it is available online.

Have your say until Friday, August 4th —it should take less than 15 minutes to complete the survey.
