Repurposing municipal space in Nairn Centre

Rather than having the local ball field sit empty, Nairn & Hyman Township council is hoping to see residents and businesses make viable suggestions to repurpose it for community use.

Council would like to see the property utilized rather than remain as vacant land, so locals are encouraged to come forward with their ideas.

The comments must be submitted by April 6th to be considered by council.

Council will discuss the submitted options at its April 17th meeting.

Suggestions can be dropped off at the town office or submitted by email or phone.

To submit comments via email, go to: [email protected] or call 705-869-4232.
