An Elliot Lake manis facing charges after sending unwanted explicit photos and video.
That’s according to East Algoma OPP.
Constable Phil Young says this past Saturday, officers arrested and charged a person in relation to sending unwanted explicit pictures and video through a social media platform.
He says the day before, the complainant reported receiving numerous nude photographs and videos from a person on social media, the person was identified and later contacted by police.
He adds a 31-year-old has been charged with indecent communication under the Criminal Code.
Young says the man is to appear in Elliot Lake court on April 3rd.
