The recent cold snap has helped the Espanola Lions Club finish the work on the skating oval adjacent to the Espanola Regional Recreation Complex.
Club volunteers were on site over the last week layering the ice and ensuring it was ready for the public.
Families and skating enthusiasts are more than welcome to take advantage of the facility during daylight with lighting available for a short time after dark.
