Elks Christmas Hamper Fund is set to go

The annual Christmas Hamper Fun organized by the Espanola Elks is ready to go once again.

Gary Tennant of the Elks says funds are collected to provide hampers to individuals and/or families from Massey, east to Nairn & Hyman Township and south to Whitefish Falls.

He says to qualify for a hamper, individuals must register at the hall on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, November 24th to 26th from 1 pm to 4 pm.

He adds the Elks will also be hosting a table at the Espanola Mall to take donations or pledges for the cause from 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday, November 26th.

Hampers will be delivered on Saturday, December 17th and volunteers are more than welcome to help out.

For more information, call Tennant at 705-869-4302. Prizes and/or gifts can also be dropped off at Elks Hall.
