Election Day is a bit different this year

Depending on the digital capability of individual municipalities, voters will see the tradition of voting on Election Day is different this year.

Voters are being asked to check with their local municipality for what voting procedures they will be following to fill municipal councils and school boards.

Espanola Town Clerk Joseph Burke says voters will be able to vote online at the town office starting this week, so everyone should bring their voting card and their identification.

He says there is no in-person voting at the complex this year, Election Day October 24th.
