Ontario universities coming to Espanola

For students who cannot take in an information fair in Espanola with Ontario universities, there is a digital option.

Up to 22 universities will be at Espanola High School on Monday, October 3rd to host an information fair focusing on the transition from high school to university, exploring campus life, living in residence, and class schedules, as well as admission requirements, scholarship opportunities and the application process.

According to the release, for those who are not able to attend, three virtual sessions will be available.

The fair is designed to help graduating students make informed decisions about post-secondary education and help younger students choose high school courses to gear them to their potential career choices.

Participating universities include Algoma, Brock, Carleton, Guelph, Université de Hearst, Lakehead, Laurentian, McMaster, Nipissing, OCAD, Université de l’Ontario français, Ontario Tech, Ottawa, Queen’s, Royal Military College of Canada, Toronto Metropolitan (formerly Ryerson), Toronto, Trent, Waterloo, Western, Wilfrid Laurier, Windsor and York.
