LaCloche Art Show has plenty of artwork on display

One of the North Shore corridor’s most popular events is nearly set to go.

One of the organizers, Sue Miron says the 43rd Annual LaCloche Foothills Art Show had a bit of a hiatus, but that’s in the past with 233 entries in multiple categories.

She says judging of the entries takes place July 1st with the show opening its doors at the Whitefish Falls Community Centre Canada Day for public viewing the following day. Miron adds this year’s featured artists are Penny Bois of Espanola and Sharon Preen of Sudbury adding admission is free for everyone.

The grand opening is set for Saturday July 2nd – Saturday July 9th daily from 11 am to 5 pm.
