Due to COVID 19 restrictions, many organizations have not put together their usual Family Day activities.
Family Day is this coming Monday, and most families will be off for the day, but most will have to find their own activities.
Espanola Program Manager Cheryl Kennelly says the town is offering skating at the oval or outdoor rink or take in the free snowshoeing, snowboarding and skiing being offered by Boogie Mountain.
She also recommends going ice fishing, since fishing is free over the weekend and the Town is also part of the provincial Anglers Atlas competition.
