COVID-19 and the recent restrictions is leading to some delays in getting information to Elliot Lake council about two major projects.
City council has been waiting for updates from sub-contractors on both the Community Recreation Hub and the Art & Culture Hub, but they will have to wait longer.
Economic manager Steve Antunes says the pandemic has slowed down the work for the Community Recreation Hub.
He adds they are also waiting on word for the funding application for the Arts & Culture Hub, which was submitted last fall.
Antunes adds an update on both projects will likely be available next month.
