An advocate for mental health awareness will meet with students and health providers this week.
Johnathan Goulet arrived in Espanola last Friday taking part in his first local Warrior Walk from the recreation centre to Boogie Mountain.
Goulet advocates that nature and the great outdoors are key to good mental health and as part of his advocacy encourages walks no matter what the season.
At noon today, he will be at Espanola High School to share his story with students, teachers and faculty.

He wraps up his visit tomorrow with a presentation at Espanola Regional Hospital with a hike on the trails behind the facility after.
Known as the Road Warrior, Goulet will be continuing his mission in communities across Canada.
