The respiratory illness outbreak at an Elliot Lake long-term facility has been declared over.
St. Josephs General Hospital CEO Jeremy Stevenson says the outbreak of Acute Respiratory Illness at St. Joseph’s Manor was declared over by Algoma Public Health on Wednesday.
However, he would like to remind everyone there are several measures you can take to protect yourself and others from contracting an illness.
He adds if anyone needs more information to contact the health agency.
