Northern College in Timmins and Algoma University are partnering up. The two schools are signing a joint admissions agreement. The deal lets Northern grads have easier access to a degree program at Algoma University next fall. Students in a two or three-year program who complete an application in their first month at Northern will be guaranteed admission into Algoma, and won’t have to pay student transfer fees.
