Elliot Lake’s Our Lady of Lourdes are champs on the diamond.
Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board’s East District Softball Tournament took place Wednesday, which included teams from Blind River, Elliot Lake, Massey, and Espanola.
The tournament held at Our Lady of Lourdes saw both the boys from the Lady of Fatima and girls’ Lourdes teams crowned the champs.
The first and second finishers will now represent the east district at the board-wide tournament in Sault Ste. Marie next week.
