About 100 employees with Cameco skipped work on Wednesday but it was for a good cause. The employees took time to work on community projects in Blind River, Iron Bridge and the Mississauga First Nation. The workers tackled 21 projects including improving ski trails and playgrounds. They also prepared the Pow Wow grounds on the reserve. This is the 11th year the uranium workers traded a day of work for community work.
