Municipal leaders from across Ontario will once again take part in the annual conference of the Association of Municipalities of Ontario virtually.
AMO president Graydon Smith says although London is serving as the host community, all municipalities can take part in the virtual seminars that will run from August 15th to 18th.
He says workshops will focus on COVID-19 and its impact on municipal service delivery, charting an economic recovery, women in leadership with keynote presenters including Ontario Premier Doug Ford and the NDP, Green and Liberal party leaders.
AMO is a non-profit organization representing almost all of Ontario’s 444 municipal governments.
