The Town of Blind River is inviting residents and businesses to sign up for the new Emergency Notifications system.
According to the release, the town provides the notifications via its website and it is free.
Powered by RAVE Mobile Safety, anyone signing up can specify what notifications they want from the town including emergencies, road work, community and local events, even election notifications.
Users can also choose what method of delivery they would like, be it a phone call, text message, email or all three.
