Greater Sudbury Police has charged a second man in relation to a fatal fire earlier this month in Greater Sudbury where three people died.
A fourth victim is recovering in hospital.
Police Constable Kaitlyn Dunn says on Saturday police arrested and charged 48-year-old Fernard Bolduc Bolduc of Sudbury with three counts of being a party to first-degree murder, and one count each of a party to attempted murder, conspiracy to murder and arson.
She adds this is an ongoing investigation and anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
