A&W construction finally underway in Espanola – 40 to 50 new jobs

If you love Root Beer, hand-made onion rings and Canada’s best tasting burgers you are going to love this … a brand-new A&W is being built in Espanola.

The corporate office had held off on construction due to COVID-19 and a change in the franchisee agreement, but the new build will create between 40 to 50 new jobs in Espanola.
Job opportunities will be posted for management positions soon and other staff positions as the closer to the grand opening.

The new build will be located in the Canadian Tire Parking lot, at 801 Centre Street, and will be approximately 1,600 square feet in size.

Construction began this week with a grand opening slated for later in the year, depending on COVID-19 mandates.
