It was back-to-back losses for the Blind River Beavers this weekend.
The Soo Thunderbirds picked up a pair of tallies, and an assist, from Caleb Wood to help their skate to a 5-1 decision over the Beavers Saturday in a Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League contest at the Blind River Community Centre.
Noah Boman tallied twice, and dished out a pair of assists, to help propel the Soo Thunderbirds to a 7-5 triumph over the Beavers Sunday afternoon in the Sault.
