A woman has been charged by OPP twice in one day after two disturbances at a government building.
OPP Constable Phil Young says on Monday morning, officers got the call of a woman causing a disturbance at a government building on Ontario Avenue in Elliot Lake.
OPP says officers tried to reason with her but ended up arresting and charging the woman.
Young says at around 3:00 pm., police were called again to the building because the same person was trying to get in and causing another disturbance.
Police arrested and took the woman into custody.
The 35-year-old was charged with two counts of causing a disturbance, trespassing, and breach.
She is to appear in Sault Ste. Marie court today.
