The Algoma Ontario Health Team is looking for interested individuals to work on a panel focused on integrated health care strategies.
The team is currently seeking individuals from across the district to participate in the Citizens’ Reference Panel on Integrated Care.
Residents will receive invitations by mail and 36 individuals will be chosen to represent the district.
A citizens’ reference panel is an opportunity for people to become involved in helping inform government, policymakers, and healthcare providers to improve healthcare in Algoma.
Several thousand households across Algoma were randomly selected by Canada Post to receive the invitation package, which includes details about the panel, frequently asked questions, and information on how to sign up.
