Espanola council approves junior hockey team

Two down and one to go.  Espanola needs just one more approval to make an NOJHL team a reality.  Town council unanimously approved the Espanola Express coming to town and the team already has an unofficial rubber stamp from the NOJHL.  What’s left is approval from the Northern Ontario Hockey League Association but that’s expected to be a mere formality.  The Express are expected to start play this fall.
