A long-time former Espanola resident needs a new wheelchair.
Leo Bouillon, a former Espanola radio DJ and musician lost his legs to diabetes several years ago.
Bouillon, who now resides in London, Ontario says his occupational therapist has determined his wheelchair needs replacing.
The cost is nearly $20,000 with the government covering almost $12,000 of the cost.
However, being on a fixed income, he needs some help raising the $8,000 needed.
A Go Fund Me campaign has been launched to assist him in the purchase of the chair to meet his basic day-to-day needs.
