Dunn adds back on February 5th charges were laid following a verbal argument at the building on Reginald Street where threats were made, and guns brandished.

A man was arrested and charged with several offenses including dangerous weapons possession, unauthorized possession of a firearm, careless use of a firearm, death threats, obstruction, and four counts of theft under $5,000, as well as a breach.

Some explosives were also found inside a unit at that time.
