Alone finale – Espanola woman finishes third

An Espanola woman has finished third in the survivor series Alone.

On last night’s three-hour finale, Kielyn Marrone finished up a gruelling 80 days at Great Slave Lake as part of the History Channel’s survivalist series Alone.

She says she is proud and has no regret, finding new strengths to move forward.

Marrone adds she also proved to herself over and over again, she could do it by herself without having to fall back on anyone.

She thanks everyone for their support through the series and is looking forward to her next adventure.

Callie Russell of Montana finished up second being pulled out of the race due to frost-bitten toes on day 89.

Roland Welker of Alaska won the $1-million dollar prize finishing out all 100 days.
