Elliot Lake re-opens recreational locations

The Welcome Centre Trailer is now on-site for visitors at Simpson Road in Elliot Lake .
City CAO Daniel Gagnon says several recreational amenities are either opened or are opening this
Saturday.
He says the welcome trailer is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Gagnon says the Kiwanis Skateboard Park has re-opened as has the municipal pool, which can be
accessed for scheduled lane swims only.
The Westview Trailer Park reopens tomorrow, but Gagnon asks the public to refrain from using it as a
day-use picnic area now that the campground is open.
And, Spruce and Spine Beach supervision resumes Saturday as well from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm daily.
Gagnon points out playground structures and team sports remain closed by order of the province.
