A Manitoulin OPP officer is facing charges following a single-vehicle collision.
OPP Constable Michelle Simard says officers investigated a collision on Highway 17 at Long Lake Road in Sudbury on Friday afternoon.
Simard says the driver failed the test for impaired driving and was then brought to Sudbury OPP headquarters for further testing.
As a result, 32-year-old Robert McKnight was charged with impaired driving and blowing over.

Simard adds the accused has been a member of the Manitoulin OPP for the last eight years but was off duty at the time of the incident.
He is to appear in Sudbury court on March 25th.
