An Espanola man is facing sexual assault charges.
OPP Constable Renee Lalonde says on October 11th police were called in to investigate a report of a sexual assault on a young person in Espanola.
She says following the investigation, last week 48-year-old Mark Giambattista of Espanola was arrested and charged with sexual assault on a person under 16 years old and sexual interference.
Lalonde adds he is to appear in Espanola court on December 2nd. Â
