Winterfest gets underway in Elliot Lake March 6th. The three-day event features a fishing derby for kids, a 60th anniversary skate show by the Elliot Lake Figure Skating Club and dog races. Saturday night there’s a fireworks display at Mount Dufour with more events set for Sunday.
