The Fourth Annual Espanola Firefighters ATV Poker Run for Muscular Dystrophy Canada was a muddy affair, and that’s just the way the organizers like it.
Spokesperson Ryan Courtemanche says over 220 people took part with more than $9,000 raised from the popular event held this past Saturday.
The organizers partnered with Boogie Mountain and hosted a spaghetti dinner to cap the day.
Courtemanche extends a huge shout out to the volunteers and to supportive businesses including The Moose 99.3FM-CJJM Espanola, the major sponsor of the event.
