Considering it’s tax season, some people might fall for this scam. In Sudbury some homeowners are getting e-mails that claim to be from the Canada Revenue Agency saying you’re entitled to a tax refund. Sudbury police say the e-mails look official because they have the CRA logo. To get the refund the e-mail asks you fill out personal information which you then submit online to the sender. Sudbury police say this is a con to get your personal information.
