  • Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking
  • Possession of Firearm or Ammunition, contrary to Prohibition Order (four counts)
  • Speeding
  • Driving While Under Suspension (two counts)

The motorcycle has been impounded for seven days and the accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola on November 4.
