The Town of Espanola wants to hear from its business community in developing the Strategic Plan.
Back in May, a proposal to develop a Strategic Plan was presented to the council, which they, in turn, supported.
As part of the process business leaders are being invited to a strategic planning session next week.
Their input is just the first step followed by putting together a common vision, establishing priorities and developing business plans for implementation.
The process is expected to take several months with assistance from the LaCloche Manitoulin Business Assistance Corporation.
The meeting is set for next Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Espanola Public Library.
