Local area roads are bare and dry.

Most of the resurfacing of Highway 17 has been completed between Nairn Centre and the Totten Mine turnoff.
However, the west bound passing lane near Sleepy Hollow and the passing lanes in Nairn Centre are still closed so slow down in those areas.
Major remedial work continues on a bridge near the Lorne Falls Sideroad, so be aware of a lane shift there.
