Copies of the 100+ Recipes for 100 Years cookbook commemorating the centennial of AB Ellis Public School are proving to be popular.
The Centennial Committee has already sold over 80 copies, which features recipes, but stories, photos, and anecdotes from the school’s ten decades.
Two Espanola Mall businesses, The Source and Home Style Meals, are selling them on behalf of the committee.
They will also be available at Tanner’s Independent Grocers this coming weekend where volunteers will also be packing groceries.
The funds raised from the sale of the books will go towards funding Centennial celebrations on the August 1st long weekend.
