While it’s the off-season, some Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League players have signed on to move to the next level in the game.
The latest is Blind River Beavers veteran defenceman, Ryan Mulligan, who will attend Northland College in Ashland, Wisconsin.
The 21-year-old spent four seasons in the NOJHL with both Blind River and the Soo Thunderbirds.
