A 911 call from a concerned citizen has led to drug charges being laid by Espanola OPP.
Espanola community safety officer, Constable Marie Ford, says on Tuesday, they received a call about a woman passed out in a vehicle near Centre Street.
Ford adds the search of the vehicle turned up suspected meth pills and heroin with a value of over $3,500.
A 33-year-old woman from Espanola and a 33-year-old man from Baldwin have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of heroin.
The woman was also charged with impaired driving.
Both are to appear in Espanola court on June 3rd.
