Nuisance incidents result in charges

Sudbury police have charged a man with threatening to cause death after he caused a disturbance at two city spots.  The man first bothered people at a local Salvation Army and then took his show to the bus depot.  Police caught the man at the bus station and although he fought with police they eventually got him in a cruiser.  While in the police car, the man tried but failed to kick out the windows and threatened the arresting officers.  In addition to threatening, the man faces a charge of resisting arrest and public intoxication.  Police have had run-ins with the same person in the past.
