It was a tough weekend for the Espanola Express, losing 4-2 to The Rayside-Balfour Canadians Friday night and the Blind River Beavers shut them out 9-0 in Northern Ontario Junior A Hockey League play Sunday.
The Beavers lost out to the Elliot Lake Wildcats 2-1 the night before.
