Manitoulin OPP have yet to release details about a shooting in M’Chingeeng.
Manitoulin OPP media officer, Marie Ford, says there are no concerns for public safety, but details won’t be released until Monday.
What is known is there was an attempted murder on Saturday evening and early reports are the victims have received treatment in hospital.
OPP set up a roadblock at the Swing Bridge in Little Current and Anishnabe Police also locked down Manitoulin Secondary school until the offenders were caught.
Two of the four suspects were apprehended at the swing bridge by the OPP and two others were apprehended in M’Chigeeng.
The investigation continues.
