A Sudbury woman is recovering from serious head and body injuries after she was hit by a pick-up truck in that community Thursday morning. The 31-year-old was crossing the street with a friend when the truck hit and pinned her under the vehicle then dragged the woman a short distance. Police say the injuries are not life threatening and they’ve charged a 51-year-old Val Caron woman with careless driving.
