A 58-year-old Baldwin Township man is facing a firearm charge after police responded to a report of domestic assault.
Espanola OPP media officer, Marie Ford, says on Monday at around 10:00 am, police went out to a residence to investigate.
That investigation revealed a man had assaulted his female partner.
Ford adds, the 58-year-old from Baldwin has been charged with assault and careless use of a firearm.
He is to appear in Espanola court on March 4th.
