GM workers hold another rally to save plant, this time closer to home

GM autoworkers are making another push to fight for their plant in Oshawa.
The workers are rallying outside the GM Canada HQ in Oshawa and have set up a blockade on a nearby road. Unifor President Jerry Dias is expected to make comments at the rally this afternoon. GM has continued to push back against government requests to keep the plant open.

US News and World Report ranked all countries based on various criteria, giving Canada the top spot for quality of life due to the country’s expansive wilderness and welcoming attitude towards immigrants. Switzerland was named number one in the overall best countries to live list, with Canada coming in third.
