Posting intimate photos on a computer is only acceptable when authorized, but an Espanola man has overstepped his bounds.
Espanola OPP Media Officer, Constable Marie Ford, says an Espanola man had posted intimate images of his ex-partner without asking her permission.
That led to a domestic dispute last Friday with police arriving on the scene.
Ford says as a result, the 53-year-old Espanola man is facing two charges: unauthorized publication of an intimate image and unauthorized use of a computer.
The accused is to appear in Espanola court on March 4th.
In order to protect the identity of the victim, the name of the accused is not being released.
