The MP for Algoma Manitoulin Kapuskasing claims the feds are undermining a First Nations health program. Carol Hughes says the Canadian Institute of Health Research has been able to advance Aboriginal health research. But years of work will have been for nothing because of program cuts. Hughes says the Harper Tories keep making cuts where First Nation programs are involved without consulting those directly affected.
