Witnesses to a fatal collision are being sought by the Greater Sudbury Police.
Police say around 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 6th, a green Buick four-door sedan travelling at a very high speed, left the roadway and struck a rock cut on Big Nickel Road at Municipal Road 35 in Greater Sudbury, which resulted in the death of the sole occupant.
Police are asking if anyone witnessed the accident or have information about the vehicle involved to call them or Crimestoppers.
Due to the extensive injuries, the individual’s identity has not yet been confirmed.
Forensics is working on identifying the driver.
