Transportation cancelled, schools remain open – Sudbury, Espanola, Massey And Algoma and Manitoulin districts
Due to snow covered side roads and in the interest of safety, all school related transportation services for English catholic, English public, French catholic and French public schools, operating in the districts of Massey, Espanola, Sudbury and Manitoulin Island areas are cancelled today.
All four boards have cancelled transportation in the Algoma District as well.
All schools will remain open, however, no transportation will be provided.
Parents who bring their children to school are reminded that they must pick them up at the end of the school day.
All staff is expected to report to work.
